    Important Booking Information

In making this booking you understand and agree that you are responsible for planning and organising the cruise with other cruising members and will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury caused to the owner/skipper/crew or craft as a result of taking part. Moreover, as the owner/skipper you warrant the suitability of your craft and crew for these events. In making this booking you also understand and agree that CQBHA’s role has only been to make a marina booking. We are also on hand to help with any guidance such as route planning and will supply you with a list of members for each cruise.
As well as the social reasons the purpose of cruising in company is that someone is there to support you in case of need. If you are helped by another vessel and it incurs additional fuel costs, for example, it is only fair that you offer financial or other recompense.
If, in booking on a cruise, you have a boat that is 15 mtrs LOA or longer this may be at the discretion of the hosting marina(s). Please also note that any cruise or booking may be subject to change due to Government or marina regulations in response to the Covid-19 situation.
In requesting a place, confirming your agreement with the above and submitting this form you give your consent to CQBHA using photographs relevant to the cruises on their website.
CQBHA takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership and cruise bookings and to provide the information and services you have requested from us. Your details will never be shared with third parties other than for these express purposes and never for the purposes of marketing or similar. Where you have booked on a cruise your contact details will be shared with fellow cruise members for the sole purpose of making arrangements between participating cruise members.

Our Data Protection Privacy Notice is available on the web site and on request. You can also confirm the accuracy of details held about you on request (a small charge may be made). Contact membersec@cqbha.org.:
