In making this booking you understand and agree that you are responsible for planning and organising your pitch and will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury caused to the pitch/booker/helpers or others or other’s property as a result of taking part. Moreover, as the pitch booker, you warrant the suitability and safety of your equipment, goods and helpers for this event. In making this booking you also understand and agree that CQBHA’s role has only been to make a pitch booking.
In requesting a place, confirming your agreement with the above and submitting this form you give your consent to CQBHA and MDL using photographs relevant to the event on their website or elsewhere.
CQBHA takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer the pitch booking. Your details will never be shared with third parties other than for these express purposes and never for the purposes of marketing or similar.
